I am passionate about food, drink and hospitality. I studied Commercial Cookery and Hotel Management and I currently work with a major food equipment supplier.

I am a Christian and believe that hospitality is the best way to show love to the world and that hospitality businesses are an important vehicle in giving the vulnerable in our society a hand up.
